What kind of game is Skip-Bo

Skip-Bo is the ultimate card game from the makers of UNO! ​Players must think strategically to place piles of cards in order (2, 3, 4, 4...). The player who gets rid of all his cards first wins. Once each player has their own deck of cards, the game begins by taking cards from the deck and creating up to four "building piles" of cards. If the game freezes, you may play the Skip-Bo card. A Skip-Bo card is a choice card and can be used as any number. Use the card at the right time! The first player to get rid of all the cards from the Skip-Bo deck wins the game!
